Blandt projekter, fonden har iværksat, kan nævnes et resocialiseringsprojekt med etablering af madskoler i de danske fængsler samt etableringen af madskolen GUSTU i La Paz, Bolivia, med tilhørende restaurant og bageri. Et projekt, der realiseres i samarbejde med den danske NGO IBIS.
